Here at The Friendly Green we carefully time our Fertilizer applications and use a slow release Polyon based fertilizer with Alfalfa, or a slow release 25-5-10 65% SCU (Sulfur Coated Urea) Fertilizer with Alfalfa depending on program type.
This premium blend of fertilizer delivers the exact ratio of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium that your grass is made up of and what it needs. Not only that, we add Organic Alfalfa Crumbs into our fertilizer. This dried plant product helps feed your grass, and nourishes the soil as well. As the dried plant breaks down, it increases microbial activity in the soil. The combination of a Slow Release Fertilizer and Alfalfa ensures excellent nutrient dispersion into the soil, and uniform growth. Your lawn will be fed by the fertilizer for up to 16 weeks.
